At Yumsy, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below.

2.1. Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 1 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team at [Email: yumsysnacks@yumsy.in/ 9176521415 / 9332373515]. Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2.2. Refunds

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  • Order Cancellation: If you cancel your order within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Product Defects or Issues: If you receive a product that is defective or not as described, please contact us within 1 days of receipt. We may request photographs of the product to process your refund or replacement.
  • Shipping Issues: Refunds for shipping issues such as delays or lost packages will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2.3. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, please allow 15 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method.

2.4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items, such as perishable goods or customized products, may not be eligible for refunds. Please check product details before purchasing.
