Description:

We are looking for passionate college students to join our dynamic team as

Key Responsibilities:

FMCG Sales Executive:

• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet targets.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and retailers.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

Social Media Marketing:

• Assist in creating and publishing engaging content for social media platforms.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Help develop and implement social media campaigns.
• Analyze engagement data to identify trends and make recommendations.
• Assist in growing and maintaining a strong social media presence.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
  
  

Online Sales: Develop and execute online sales strategies, manage 
e-Commerce platforms, track and analyze sales metrics, engage with 
customers through digital channels.

EXIM (Import Export): Assist in managing import and export operations, ensure compliance 
with regulations, coordinate with logistics partners, and handle documentation.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, forecast supply needs, implement inventory 
control procedures, and coordinate with suppliers.

Marketing: Create and publish engaging content, develop marketing campaigns, analyze 
engagement data, and collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand presence.

Requirements:

• Current college student.
• Strong interest in FMCG sales and social media marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
