Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential customers and retail partners.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication.
- Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and transactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Marketing Coordination:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
- Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer preferences and market trends.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on Yumsy products and industry trends.
- Provide customers with detailed information about products and their benefits.
Requirements:
- Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the local market in Andaman & Nicobar Islands is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
